About HubFoodie

Hello, and Welcome to My Raw Kitchen!

I’m Adeline! I live in Canada and am the creator of HubFoodie, a blog where I share easy, healthy, raw vegan snacks and desserts, all made without dates.

Let’s go through a few quick things about me. I was born and raised in OTTAWA, and I’ve always loved being in the kitchen. I didn’t go to culinary school, but my love for food grew naturally, especially through friends who deal with food allergies.

Hearing their struggles with common ingredients like dates or nuts made me curious. I began experimenting with simpler, allergy-friendly recipes. That’s how I discovered the world of date-free raw vegan treats, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

In 2021, I began sharing my recipes online just for fun. During those quiet months at home, it became a way to connect with others who were also looking for clean and easy snacks. I never expected it to grow the way it did, but thanks to your support, the HubFoodie became more than just a hobby.

Now I get to spend more time in the kitchen doing what I love. I create recipes that help people feel good about what they’re eating, whether they’re raw vegans, dealing with allergies, or just looking for easy and natural treats.

Everything you’ll find here is tested in my kitchen, made with simple ingredients, and always 100 percent date-free.

What You Will Find on My Blog

HubFoodie is all about simple, no-stress recipes that anyone can make. I use everyday ingredients you can find at most grocery stores, and I always keep the steps clear and easy to follow.

You’ll find raw vegan snacks, sweet treats without dates, and allergy-friendly options that fit into busy lives. I also share helpful tips, kitchen tools I use, and little stories from my time in the kitchen.

But here’s what you won’t find — strict food rules, hard-to-find ingredients, or pressure to make your food look perfect. This isn’t about being a professional chef. It’s about feeling good in your kitchen and having fun with the process.

My recipes are here to help you, not to tell you what to do. Want to change an ingredient? That’s fine. Need a nut-free option? I’ll give you some ideas. Like things more or less sweet? You can adjust it how you like.

Each recipe is made to be flexible so you can make it your own. This blog is for real people who want to enjoy real food at home. No pressure, no rules — just support.

Thanks a lot for visiting. I hope you feel welcome here. And if you try a recipe, I’d love to see it. Come say hello on Instagram or Pinterest. It makes me happy to see what you’re making.
