Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
2 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
Flaky sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
4. Mash avocados with lemon juice, remaining olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
5. Spread avocado mixture generously on each toasted baguette round.
6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, black pepper, and chopped chives.
