Description

BBQ Beef Kebabs feature tender marinated beef cubes grilled with bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms for smoky barbecue flavor. They deliver charred edges and juicy centers perfect for cookouts and summer grilling.

Ingredients

1.5 pounds beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1.5-inch cubes

2 red bell peppers, cut into 1.5-inch pieces

1 large red onion, cut into 1.5-inch pieces

8 ounces cremini mushrooms, whole

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2. Add beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat, then refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.

3. Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, onion pieces, and mushrooms onto metal skewers, alternating ingredients.

4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

5. Grill the kebabs for 10 to 12 minutes, turning every 3 minutes, until beef reaches desired doneness.

6. Let the kebabs rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Cut all ingredients the same size for even cooking on skewers.

Use metal skewers or soak wooden ones for 30 minutes first.

Marinate beef for at least 2 hours, maximum 8 hours for best flavor.
