Description

Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms are rich, savory, and perfect for parties. Tender mushroom caps hold creamy garlic herb cheese and bake until warm, golden, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

16 large button mushrooms

1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Wipe the mushrooms clean and remove the stems.

3. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet.

4. Add the Boursin cheese, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and parsley to a bowl, then stir until combined.

5. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.

6. Drizzle the mushrooms lightly with olive oil.

7. Bake the mushrooms for 12 to 15 minutes until the tops look lightly golden and the mushrooms turn tender.

8. Serve them warm.

Notes

Use mushrooms that are similar in size so they bake evenly.

Do not rinse the mushrooms in water because they can absorb moisture quickly.

Garnish with extra parsley before serving for a fresh finish.
