Description

Burrata Appetizer Board with Veggies & Crackers is an easy shareable platter that pairs creamy burrata with crisp vegetables, crackers, olive oil, and simple toppings. It works well for casual entertaining because guests can build their own bites.

Ingredients

2 balls burrata

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cucumber, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 cup baby carrots

1/2 cup olives

1/4 cup basil pesto

2 tablespoons olive oil

Assorted crackers

1/4 teaspoon flaky salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Place the burrata balls on a large serving board or platter.

2. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, olives, and crackers around the burrata.

3. Spoon pesto beside one burrata ball or over the top.

4. Drizzle olive oil over the burrata.

5. Season with flaky salt and black pepper.

6. Serve right away.

Notes

Let the burrata sit out briefly before serving so the center softens.

Use any crunchy vegetables you like, such as radishes or snap peas.

Add toasted bread if you want more variety on the board.
