Ingredients
24 cherry tomatoes
24 mini mozzarella balls
24 fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
12 small skewers or appetizer picks
Instructions
1. Pat the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil dry.
2. Thread one tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer.
3. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
4. Drizzle the olive oil over the skewers.
5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top.
6. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Serve right away or chill briefly before serving.
