Description

Caprese Skewers with Balsamic Glaze are a simple no-cook appetizer made with cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil, and a glossy balsamic drizzle. They bring classic caprese flavors into a bite-sized party snack that looks bright, fresh, and elegant on any platter.

Ingredients

24 cherry tomatoes

24 fresh mozzarella pearls

24 fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

12 small skewers

Instructions

1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.

2. Pat the mozzarella pearls dry with paper towels.

3. Thread one tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella pearl onto each skewer, then repeat if the skewer is long enough.

4. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.

5. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the skewers.

6. Season lightly with salt and black pepper just before serving.

Notes

Keep the skewers chilled until serving time for the freshest flavor.

Pat the mozzarella dry so the platter stays neat and the glaze clings better.

Drizzle the balsamic glaze right before serving to keep the basil looking fresh.
