Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
3. Roll the tortillas tightly.
4. Wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes.
5. Slice into pinwheels and arrange on a serving platter.
