Description

Chili Cheese Dip is warm, cheesy, and made for sharing. Cream cheese, chili, and shredded cheese come together in a quick baked dip that works perfectly for game day and casual parties.


Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 can chili, about 15 ounces

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sliced green onions

Tortilla chips, for serving


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Spread the softened cream cheese in an even layer in a small baking dish.

3. Spoon the chili evenly over the cream cheese.

4. Top the chili with shredded cheddar cheese.

5. Bake the dip for 15 to 18 minutes until hot and bubbly.

6. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle green onions over the top.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the smoothest texture.
