Description

Cream Cheese & Cucumber Bites are crisp, cool, and creamy with a fresh dill flavor. They make a light appetizer that feels simple, refreshing, and easy to serve.

Ingredients

2 cucumbers, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cherry tomato slices or extra dill for garnish

Instructions

1. Slice the cucumbers into thick rounds.

2. Pat the cucumber slices dry with paper towels.

3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

4. Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.

5. Top with cherry tomato slices or extra dill if desired.

6. Serve chilled.

Notes

Patting the cucumbers dry helps the bites hold up better.

You can add ranch seasoning or smoked salmon for more flavor.

Serve soon after assembling for the freshest texture.
