Description

Creamy Avocado Dip is smooth, fresh, and full of bright lime flavor. Avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and jalapeño blend into a quick dip that pairs well with chips and vegetables.


Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1/3 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

1 small jalapeño, seeded and chopped

1 garlic clove

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 to 2 tablespoons water, if needed


Instructions

1. Add the avocados, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, salt, cumin, and black pepper to a food processor.

2. Blend until the mixture turns smooth and creamy.

3. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if you want a thinner texture.

4. Taste and adjust the salt or lime juice if needed.

5. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and serve right away.
