Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Chips for serving
Instructions
1. Add the mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and black pepper to a bowl.
2. Stir gently until the salsa looks evenly mixed.
3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
4. Transfer the salsa to a serving bowl.
5. Serve chilled with chips.
