Description

Garlic Cheese Flatbread is crisp on the edges, buttery in the center, and loaded with melted cheese. It bakes fast and works well as a party appetizer, snack, or side dish.

Ingredients

1 flatbread or naan

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.

3. Stir the melted butter and minced garlic together in a small bowl.

4. Brush the garlic butter evenly over the flatbread.

5. Top the flatbread with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

6. Season with salt and black pepper.

7. Bake the flatbread for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges turn golden.

8. Sprinkle parsley over the top.

9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use naan for a softer texture or flatbread for a crispier bite.

Watch the flatbread closely near the end because it browns quickly.

Serve it with marinara sauce if you want a dipping option.
