These Greek yogurt parfait cups are simple, colorful, and perfect for breakfast or a light snack. Layers of yogurt, berries, and granola create a creamy and crunchy bite in every spoonful.
Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup granola
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh mint, optional for garnish
Instructions
1. Add the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a bowl.
2. Stir until the mixture looks smooth and evenly combined.
3. Spoon a small layer of yogurt into each serving cup.
4. Add a layer of berries, then a layer of granola.
5. Repeat the layers until the cups are full.
6. Top each cup with extra berries, granola, and mint if desired.
7. Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Notes
Add granola just before serving if you want to keep it crunchy.
Use mason jars or clear cups to show the layers.
Swap berries based on the season.
