Description
Grilled Peach & Burrata Crostini is a sweet savory appetizer with smoky peaches, creamy burrata, and crisp toasted bread. A drizzle of balsamic glaze ties the flavors together and makes each bite feel balanced and fresh.
Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced
2 ripe peaches, sliced
8 ounces burrata
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Instructions
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the baguette slices and peach slices lightly with olive oil.
3. Grill the bread for 1 to 2 minutes per side until toasted.
4. Grill the peaches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until tender with grill marks.
5. Place burrata on a plate and gently tear it open.
6. Serve the grilled peaches over and around the burrata.
7. Add basil, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and serve with the crostini.
Notes
Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm enough to grill.
A little prosciutto can be added if you want a savory upgrade.
Serve while the crostini is still warm.
