Description

Hummus & Veggie Platter is fresh, colorful, and easy to assemble. Creamy hummus pairs with crisp vegetables for a simple appetizer that works for parties, holidays, or everyday snacking.


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups hummus

1 cup baby carrots

1 cup cucumber sticks

1 cup celery sticks

1 cup bell pepper strips

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup broccoli florets

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons chopped parsley, optional


Instructions

1. Spread the hummus onto a serving platter or place it in a bowl in the center of a platter.

2. Drizzle the olive oil over the hummus.

3. Sprinkle paprika and parsley over the top if desired.

4. Arrange the baby carrots, cucumber sticks, celery sticks, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli florets around the hummus.

5. Serve the platter right away or chill it until ready to serve.
