Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 to 3 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 green onions, sliced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.

3. Mix in the cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

4. Spread the mixture into a small baking dish.

5. Stir the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle the mixture over the top.

6. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Notes

Remove the jalapeño seeds if you want a milder dip.

Add extra bacon on top after baking for more texture.
