Description
Pinwheel Tortilla Roll-Ups are creamy, colorful, and easy to prep ahead. Soft tortillas wrap around a seasoned cream cheese filling, then chill and slice into bite-size party snacks.
Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, black olives, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder to a bowl.
2. Stir until the filling looks smooth and evenly mixed.
3. Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla.
4. Roll each tortilla up tightly into a log.
5. Wrap the tortilla logs and chill them for at least 1 hour.
6. Slice each log into pinwheels.
7. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve.
Notes
Chill the rolls before slicing so the pinwheels hold their shape.
Use a sharp knife and wipe it clean between cuts for neat slices.
Do not overfill the tortillas because the filling can squeeze out as you roll them.
