Ingredients
24 sturdy crackers
5 ounces Boursin garlic and herb cheese
4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh chives or dill for garnish
Instructions
1. Spread a generous layer of Boursin cheese onto each cracker.
2. Fold a small slice of prosciutto on top of the cheese.
3. Drizzle lightly with honey.
4. Sprinkle with black pepper.
5. Garnish with fresh chives or dill.
6. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
