Description

Prosciutto Rolls with Goat Cheese and Fig are elegant, creamy, and full of sweet-savory flavor. Silky prosciutto wraps around tangy goat cheese and sweet fig for a sophisticated no-cook appetizer.

Ingredients

4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced

4 ounces goat cheese, softened

3 tablespoons fig jam

1 tablespoon honey

Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Lay the prosciutto slices flat on a clean surface.

2. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese onto each slice.

3. Add a small spoonful of fig jam on top of the goat cheese.

4. Roll each slice tightly into a log shape.

5. Arrange the rolls on a serving platter.

6. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with black pepper, and garnish with fresh thyme.

7. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

Keep the rolls chilled until just before serving for the best texture.

Use a toothpick to secure each roll if needed.

Swap fig jam for honey or apricot jam if you prefer a different flavor.
