Description

These scrambled egg breakfast sliders are warm, cheesy, and easy to serve for breakfast or brunch. Soft slider rolls hold fluffy eggs and melted cheese in a grab-and-go format.

Ingredients

12 slider rolls

8 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

6 slices cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.

3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, salt, and black pepper, and whisk until smooth.

4. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

5. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are softly scrambled and set.

6. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.

7. Lay the cheese slices over the eggs and place the top half of the rolls on top.

8. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over them.

9. Bake the sliders for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the tops look lightly golden.

10. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Add cooked sausage, bacon, or ham for a heartier slider.

Cover loosely with foil if the tops brown too quickly.

Serve right away for the best texture.
