Ingredients
8 ounces burrata
3 tablespoons fig jam or berry jam
3 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil

Crackers or toasted bread for serving
Instructions
1. Place the burrata on a shallow plate.
2. Gently tear and spread the burrata with the back of a spoon.
3. Spoon the jam over the top in small dollops.
4. Scatter the chopped pistachios over the burrata.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with flaky salt.
6. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
Notes
Fig jam gives a deeper flavor, while berry jam adds a brighter finish.
