Description

Smashed Burrata with Jam & Pistachios is a creamy and sweet appetizer with a soft spreadable texture. Fruit jam brings bright sweetness while pistachios add crunch and color.


Ingredients

8 ounces burrata

3 tablespoons fig jam or berry jam

3 tablespoons pistachios, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon flaky salt

Crackers or toasted bread for serving


Instructions

1. Place the burrata on a shallow plate.

2. Gently tear and spread the burrata with the back of a spoon.

3. Spoon the jam over the top in small dollops.

4. Scatter the chopped pistachios over the burrata.

Notes
