Ingredients
1 large English cucumber
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces smoked salmon
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions
1. Slice the cucumber into thick rounds and pat the slices dry.
2. Add the cream cheese, chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and black pepper to a small bowl.
3. Stir until the mixture looks smooth and creamy.
4. Spread or pipe a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
5. Top each slice with a piece of smoked salmon.
6. Garnish with fresh dill and serve chilled.
