Description

Smoky BBQ Chicken Sliders feature tender pulled chicken tossed in rich barbecue sauce, served on soft slider buns with pickles and coleslaw. They deliver classic barbecue flavor in bite-sized portions perfect for parties and game day.


Ingredients

2 pounds boneless chicken thighs

1 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

12 slider buns

1 cup coleslaw

24 pickle slices


Instructions

1. Place chicken thighs in a slow cooker.

2. Mix barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Pour sauce over chicken and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until tender.

4. Shred chicken with two forks directly in the sauce.
