Ingredients
2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
12 slider buns
1 cup coleslaw
24 pickle slices
Instructions
1. Place chicken thighs in a slow cooker.
2. Mix barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Pour sauce over chicken and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until tender.
4. Shred chicken with two forks directly in the sauce.
5. Toast slider buns lightly.
6. Spoon shredded chicken onto buns and top with coleslaw and pickle slices.
