Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped spinach, drained well
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to a mixing bowl.
3. Stir until the mixture looks smooth and creamy.
4. Fold in the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
5. Spread the dip evenly in a small baking dish.
6. Bake the dip for 18 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly around the edges.
7. Let the dip rest for a few minutes.
8. Serve it warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
Drain the spinach well so the dip stays thick and creamy.
Add red pepper flakes if you want extra heat.
