Description

Spinach Artichoke Dip is warm, creamy, and packed with cheesy flavor. It bakes until bubbly and pairs perfectly with chips, crackers, or toasted bread for an easy party appetizer.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to a mixing bowl.

3. Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped artichokes, spinach, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

4. Mix until the ingredients look evenly combined.

5. Spread the mixture into a small baking dish.

6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

7. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

Notes

Squeeze the spinach very well so the dip stays thick and creamy.

You can sprinkle extra mozzarella on top before baking for a cheesier finish.

Serve the dip warm for the best texture.
