Ingredients
12 mini croissants
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons strawberry jam
Powdered sugar for dusting
Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
1. Slice each mini croissant in half horizontally.
2. Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
3. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese filling onto the bottom half of each croissant.
4. Top with a thin spread of strawberry jam.
5. Layer sliced fresh strawberries on top.
6. Place the top half of the croissant back on.
7. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with a small mint leaf.
8. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
