Ingredients
12 mini sweet peppers
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
1. Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
2. Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to a bowl.
3. Stir the filling until smooth and evenly combined.
4. Fill each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
5. Arrange the stuffed peppers on a serving platter.
