Description

Tomato Burrata Bruschetta with Balsamic Glaze is a bright appetizer with toasted bread, juicy tomatoes, creamy burrata, basil, and sweet tangy glaze. It brings classic bruschetta flavor with a richer, softer cheese topping.

Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups diced tomatoes

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

8 ounces burrata

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.

3. Toast the slices for 8 to 10 minutes until golden.

4. Add the diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, and black pepper to a bowl and stir well.

5. Place burrata on a serving plate and gently tear it open.

6. Spoon the tomato mixture over and around the burrata.

7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.

8. Serve with the toasted bread.

Notes

Drain very juicy tomatoes if needed so the topping does not water down the plate.

Rub the warm toast with a cut garlic clove for deeper flavor.

Assemble just before serving for the freshest texture.
