Tomato Mozzarella Skewers are an easy bite-sized appetizer made with cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil, and balsamic glaze. They deliver classic caprese flavor in a fresh and simple party snack that comes together quickly with no cooking.

Ingredients

24 cherry tomatoes

24 mozzarella pearls

24 fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

12 small skewers

Instructions

1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.

2. Pat the mozzarella pearls dry with paper towels.

3. Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella pearl onto each skewer, then repeat if desired.

4. Arrange the finished skewers on a serving platter.

5. Drizzle the skewers with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

6. Season lightly with salt and black pepper just before serving.

Notes

Pat the mozzarella dry so the skewers stay neat and easy to serve.

Use small basil leaves so each skewer looks balanced.
