Ingredients
8 ounces feta cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped dill or parsley
Pita chips for serving
Instructions
1. Add the feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, and salt to a food processor.
2. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
3. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl.
4. Sprinkle the top with dill or parsley.
5. Serve with pita chips.
Notes
For a lighter texture, add a little more yogurt.
You can top the dip with extra olive oil before serving.
