16 large button mushrooms

1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Wipe the mushrooms clean and remove the stems.

3. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet.

4. Add the Boursin cheese, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and parsley to a bowl, then stir until combined.

5. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.

6. Drizzle the mushrooms lightly with olive oil.
