How to Build This Gorgeous Spread
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half the chopped dill until completely smooth.
- Transfer the herbed cream cheese into a small serving bowl and place it slightly off-center on a large wooden board or serving platter.
- Arrange the smoked salmon slices in loose, elegant folds across one side of the board.
- Fan the crackers and toasted baguette rounds along the opposite edge of the board.
- Place a small bowl of capers next to the cream cheese.
- Scatter the thinly sliced red onion in a small cluster near the smoked salmon.
- Tuck the lemon rounds in between the salmon folds for color and easy access.
- Fill any gaps on the board with fresh dill sprigs, chive pieces, and microgreens.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning lightly over the top of the cream cheese bowl.
- Finish with a final crack of black pepper and a light drizzle of fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
- Refrigerate the entire board for 10 minutes before bringing it to the table.
